    Return

    Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

Método

1. Amasar todos los ingredientes hasta conseguir una masa fina y elástica.
2. Pesar, cortar y formar los panes.
3. Fermentar por 60 minutos.
4. Voltear los panes y seguir fermentando por 120 minutos aproximadamente.
5. Hornear a 200°C de 15 a 20 minutos con vapor.
*Los tiempos y temperatura pueden variar dependiendo de los equipos y/o tamaño del molde.
